Montfair Resort Farm offers you the opportunity to create your own special mountain retreat & reunion for your entire family or group in a relaxed peaceful environment.
We offer flexible packaging to meet your families� needs and love to share our knowledge of local resources, activities and vendors to augment your planning.
Each Package includes:
� Accommodations in our 3 cedar cottages, two that sleep 6 and one sleeps 4 for 2 nights.
� Montfair�s Rustic Lodge for group meals, hanging out and campout for 10 folks offers a farm kitchenette, laundry, shower, a combination of 10 cots & air mattresses, deck and fireplace.
� Trails, canoe, lake & ponds for fishing, mountain bikes.
� Complimentary Organic Coffee, teas & a daily Washington Post.
� A Bonfire each night on lakefront along with firewood provided for lodge fireplace.
For Additional Cost:
Hayrides & Pony rides, Lifeguard, Applicable Taxes are additional
2 NIGHT WEEKEND REUNION PACKAGE:
$2,200.00 for up to 26 folks.
$20.00 per additional person
$10.00 additional child under 12 years old. 5 years old and under free.
3 NIGHT WEEKEND:
$2950.00 for up to 26 folks.
$30.00 per additional person
$15.00 additional child under 12 years of age. 5 years old and under free
7 NIGHTS WEEK REUNION:
$4,900.00 for up to 26 folks.
$50.00 per additional adult for week.
$25.00 per additional child under 12 yrs of age for week.
Montfair Reservation Policies:
Check-in time: 4:00-7:00 p.m. Other times by special arrangement.
Check- out time: 11:30 am
Deposit of 50% required
Cancellation Policy: Non- Refundable Deposit unless cancellation is made 3 months prior to reservation - $150 processing fee. Holidays require a 3-day minimum reservation
Pets require an extra fee of $24.00 per stay per cottage. Maximimum 2 dogs per cottage.
